I think Mr. DeLucchi ought not comment on that of which he has no knowledge. He very ignorantly proclaims that for one to engage in Buddhist meditation, which may involve the focus of the mind upon a single object, one must be inhaling some sort of mind-altering substance.

The idea behind this form of meditation is to clear one's mind of thoughts by bringing oneself back to the singularity of the object.

Mr. DeLucchi - while your Christianity may be the only thing real to you such that you find another form of spirituality to be foolishness, consider that nontheists and non-Christians may have a similar view of your beliefs.
