What are you, Wendy? Easy. You're one of us. You don't need a label.

Hearing a huge number of people telling you are wrong can lead you to think you really are. Don't fall into that trap. I believed what well-intentioned Christians told me for years. It was a bad time for me. For a while, I thought I was an atheist. I finally realized that despite their good intentions, they know little if anything about spirituality, and following their guidance would get me nowhere.

Despite what you may have heard, spirituality is not something that happens to you or that someone else does to you or for you. Their attempts at conversion might get in your way, but don't give up. Be yourself--sounds to me like a good person to be.
