On Cause and Effect

In order to complicate matters even further: that depends on your frame of reference.

Physics nowhere says that cause has to precede effect from everyone's point of view. You could probably think up a vantage point from which you would receive the light from the effect before the light from the cause.

On the other hand, our point of view isn't necessarily the one that counts. If I remember correctly, the idea that every single event in the universe has sufficient cause is seen as an axiom. I am not a physicist. Can someone help us out?
