#10. Letting go is difficult and satisfying.

Letting go is difficult. It can be hard to release feelings of anger and hate. At first it seems impossible. Then you experience the freedom of not caring about anger and hate. This doesn't mean that you will never feel anger or hate again. Those are indelible human emotions. It means that you will learn not to act on those emotions. You'll learn how to see anger as a valid emotion, but not as a justification for hurting yourself or others. You will practice letting go and you will like it.
